How long does shipping take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days. International delivery usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Some international tracking may have limited updates after leaving the U.S.
Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?
No, each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need to ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately at supportu@soontoobee.com. Once fulfilled, we can’t change the address.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most non personalized, unused items in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized or custom items are non-returnable, unless they arrive
damaged and still sealed in their original packaging. Please contact
us within 3 days of receiving the item with photos.
Do you accept returns on international orders?
At this time, international orders are final sale, unless the item arrives damaged and unopened. If that happens, email us within 3 days of delivery.
How do I start a return?
Send an email with your request to soontoobee.returns@gmail.com. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return address.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t process direct exchanges. You’re welcome to return an eligible item and place a new order separately.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the
damage so we can help.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled or changed before they’re processed for

After interacting with a vendor, simply log in to your account, visit their listing, and leave a rating with feedback.
